SHIPPING METHODS
A) Home Delivery: Orders are shipped via courier services.
When placing your order, you select the postal address where you want your order to be delivered in the "SHIPPING DETAILS" section. Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive an email with your order details. You do not need to take any further action—your order is on its way.
The private courier companies we work with are Speedex and ELTA (Hellenic Post).
Shipping is also available outside Greece according to the price list below.
B) In-Store Pickup - Click & Collect Service: You can collect your order from the museum.
C) Box Now Locker Delivery: Select Box Now at checkout and choose the Box Now locker from the service point map. To collect your order from the automated pickup locker, use the 6-digit PIN sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Collection is available 24/7, and your package will remain in the locker for 48 hours from the time of placement.

Shipping fees for Box Now locker delivery:
For orders shipped via Box Now, the customer is charged a shipping fee of €3.00, €5.00, or €8.00 (including VAT) per order, depending on the package size.
DELIVERY TIME
- Orders within Athens, Thessaloniki, and major urban areas are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders to the rest of Greece are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
- Click & Collect orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders within the EU are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
- Orders outside the EU are delivered within 9 to 13 business days.
